Our key message is based on the national emergency message of:

GO IN, STAY IN, TUNE IN

Go in, Stay in, Tune in

GO IN - In most situations you will be safer taking shelter inside a building.

STAY IN - Close all doors and windows and keep them closed, and do not go out until you are told it is safe to do so.

TUNE IN - tune into the local TV or radio station where information and advice from the emergency services will be broadcast.

This year, 16 schools across Warwickshire took part and the emergency planning scenario involved the children watching a DVD, specifically designed for seven to eleven year-old children to develop safety lessons for life long learning that they can share with their families and friends.
