Travelling by car, motorbike or scooter

- When you go out tell people what time you are expecting to get back and where/how they can contact you.
- If you are being followed while driving your car, try to attract attention to yourself by flashing your lights and sounding your horn and make your way to a busy public area. Call the police who will come out to help you.
- Do not keep your window of your car completly open, expecially if you have to stop and traffic lights or junctions. It is very easy for people to lean in an attack you if you do so - keep your window open to a minimum.
- If you are out on your scooter, motorbike or car do not stop if you are flagged down - keep on going until to you get to the next public area and call the police, who will then go out to assist.
